Kay
KNOW YOURSELF, BE YOURSELF
Kay graduated from the A.I.M.O Academy of Osteopathy in Milan in 2016, a five-year program where she gained clinical experience with adults and newborns. She also earned a BSC from the University of London in England. She later earned a master’s degree in newborn development disorders and the treatment of women during and after pregnancy. Alongside this path, she became passionate about studying the psyche, realizing that many musculoskeletal and visceral disorders also had emotional roots. She completed two three-year counseling programs (Cobeing in 2017 and Systemic Somatic Counseling in 2024). She explored symptoms through the soma-psyche relationship by attending the three-year training in Somatic Experiencing. At the same time, she completed a three-year training in PRENATAL AND BIRTH THERAPY, where she then worked as an assistant alongside Dominique Degrange, integrating the causes and psychoemotional consequences of a traumatic birth with her osteopathic knowledge of neonatal difficulties. Over the past 10 years, she has collaborated with yoga teachers, in elementary schools with postural prevention projects for children, in sports, supporting athletes especially in the world of boxing, and giving lectures on the physical-emotional correlations of the most common disorders.
Nowadays, Kay participates in individual sessions with adults and babies, offering a treatment that integrates the structural and emotional aspects. She also organizes one or more one-day retreats in which people, through physical and emotional practices, work on their own dysfunctional patterns, conditioning, and old armor to unleash their essence, talents, and personal power. She also guides men on an online journey to resolve their sexual difficulties and reconnect with their masculine energy.
